Thank you so much for having Lorne coming out within an an hour of calling to repair my garage door this afternoon, I really appreciate it.In my opinion that’s great customer service, someone coming to rescue us when we’re having an emergency such as this. I couldn’t pick up my kids from school today because of the broken garage door. But at least it’s fixed now. 🙂
